The role of a Dane County  Board Supervisor is to represent citizens of their district. A Supervisor's job is to be sure the voices of their community are being heard.

I wanted to represent District 17 because this is my home. I have lived in and traveled the county for over 20 years. We are looked at as one of the most influential counties of our great state. Dane County houses our state's capital, and has so many great experiences to offer its residents. Another amazing woman made it past the primary, and went on to win the Special Election Race. Kristen Audet is now District 17's County Supervisor. To learn more, visit her sites:

Below are some of the important issues to me.

Creating a Sustainable Environment

Mental Health and AODA Recovery paths

Education and reducing racial disparities

Policing coupled with Jail Diversion

I ran for Dane County Board because ever since I was in elementary school, I've had a strong desire to serve our country. I wanted to give back to those who have helped me, while reaching out to individuals who needed assistance. Working with young children and encouraging them to follow their dreams, has encouraged me to follow mine.

I feel community is extremely important. Getting to know your neighbors can be a key to feeling connected, especially in this busy world.

My goal is to work with our community to be the best we can be. I want to work to move our county forward.
